The practice is seeking to grow to their evolving multi-disciplinary team by recruiting a highly motivated, experienced ANP to be a key member of the acute team, an evolving role with the opportunity to make it your own.

Salary - £50,000 - £58,500 per annum + 6 weeks' leave + BH + NHS pension

Your role -

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner - 37.5 hours
• 4 day working week available
• Be an integral member of the Minor illness acute team
• Manage on the day demand with pre-bookable appointments and on the day triage
• Oversee Minor illness and injury
• Utilise your prescribing qualification
• Primary Care experience - REQUIREMENT
• Mixture of face-to-face, telephone appointments
• No extended hours!
