Salaried GP

Background

A highly regarded, and incredibly forward-thinking Training and Teaching practice based in the historic city of Worcester. The practice has actively tried to be proactive and stay ahead of the curve within the NHS, diversifying their clinical team with ANPs, Pharmacists and clinical coders too, meaning a minimal administrative burden.

GPs at this practice are protected, workload is kept reasonable and there is a 20-minute coffee break every morning too, along with 70 minutes of personal admin per session also. There are generally no visits, and you'll only ever be on call in the afternoon as opposed to a full day.

The Practice is an accredited Tier 2 sponsor also.

• Circa £10,000 per session + 7 weeks' leave + BMA Model contract + Pension

Your role

• 4-8 sessions per week as a Salaried GP
• Reasonable clinical workload of 31 patients/day
• Minimal home visits
• Lots of contact with colleagues, including a mid-clinic morning coffee
• Opportunity for flexible start times
• No extended hours
