Tightly knit GP practice offering progressive general practice on the outskirts of Stoke. A dynamic team of Partners that encourage special interests.

There is a large support team in place to make your life as a GP easier, including a Clinical Pharmacist, Coding/Scanning teams, and Practice Secretaries too.

Benefit from only 12 patients per session in 15-minute appointments, very low visit rates and a sessional rate up to £10,500 per session! The Practice is also Tier 2 sponsoring.

Salary - £9,500 - £10,500 per session + Indemnity insurance paid + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave.

The surgery -

• Partner-led with diverse interests
• Excellent staff retention
• Urban area, interesting patient demographic
• Supportive practice willing to develop staff
• Outstanding travel links to surrounding areas
• Diverse MDT including Nurse Practitioners and a Clinical Pharmacist
• Tier 2 sponsoring Practice

Your role -

• 6-7 sessions per week
• Only 24 patient contacts per day!
• 15-minute appointments (for phone and face-to-face)
• Minimal admin thanks to Clinical Pharmacist; efficient workflow, coding and scanning teams also
• Open to a Salaried GP, with potential for Partnership moving forward
• To be a caring GP and enjoy working as part of a multi-skilled team
• Minimal home visits - Expect a visit every 1-2 months!
• Reasonable duty doctor day, finished by 6pm
