Advanced Nurse Prescriber – Can be flexible on hours looking for 15-37.5 hours a week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive NHS GP practice located in the heart of London’s Belgravia.

We are a two partner three doctor practice, based in a beautiful part of Belgravia, close to all transport and amenities. The surgery is a well-established, friendly, supportive and inclusive practice, currently with three GP’s sharing the responsibilities. We are committed to the well-being of our patients and staff and always welcome new ideas to improve patient care. We are rated ‘Good’ by CQC

The ideal candidate will have recent experience within a Primary Care setting, be adaptable, highly motivated and relish a challenge. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team who value teamwork, professional practice, mutual support and a friendly working environment.

The successful candidate will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taken, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment to the evaluation of care. You will demonstrate safe clinical decision making and expert care working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.

The successful candidate will have as minimum:

• An Independent prescriber qualification
• Previous GP practice experience
• Skills in Minor Illness / Injury Practice Nurse/Treatment room skills
• MSC Advanced Clinical Practice qualification or equivalent
• Must be able to work in the UK and have NMC registration
