Remote GP

Background -

You will be joining a genuinely forward-thinking GP Training Practice which has made a number of influential changes in recent years. The practice has recognised the increasing pressures on GPs and moved to alleviate these with the building of a larger than normal MDT handling a lot of the on-the-day provision and a sizeable management structure with numerous different department heads all supporting the clinical team.

Admin support is also fantastic and includes a team dedicated to more 'miscellaneous' tasks, further increasing the help their GPs receive.
Building on these various layers of support, the practice is now looking to recruit a Remote Salaried GP to free up the face-to-face GPs to see more patients in surgery.

Salary - £10,000 - £10,500 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location - Havant area

Your role -

• 4 or more sessions
• 15 pre-booked telephone calls which have been triaged by ANPs
• No e-consults, acutes or on-call patients
• Buddy system for any patients with red flags
• Flexible start and finish times
