Richmond General Practice Alliance Limited is a GP Federation of all 25 GP practices in Richmond. Established in 2014, we successfully bid for the Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund that secured the local development of our extended access services. We continue to work with our member practices to ensure equity of access, sustainability of primary care services and supporting local innovation to enable the delivery quality services to people living within the Borough.
The Extended Access Service is designed to offer additional booked primary care appointments to all patients registered with a Richmond GP from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week including public holidays. We operate two Primary Care Hubs, each accessible by any patient booked by one of our practices or redirected by urgent care services. Patients are offered face to face and telephone consultations from two sites, Hampton Wick Surgery and Essex House Surgery, Barnes.
