Regional Lead GP - Salary £113,000 pa

As Spectrum’s Regional Lead GP for the North East you will hold a portfolio comprising both clinical and operational responsibilities providing a rich and rewarding job role.

You will lead an integrated team of medical personnel across the seven prisons comprising the ‘North East’ prison cluster working with specialist partners from mental health, substance misuse and allied therapies, all of whom operate under the universal brand of ‘Reconnected to Health’. This post will be line managed and supported by the Associate Medical Director along with other senior colleagues including Spectrum’s North West Regional Lead GP. 

Previous experience working within secure environments, whilst desirable is not essential, as full induction and training will be provided.

The post holder will have access to continuing professional development in support of appraisal and revalidation through our GP forum. As a senior leader you will have a full induction with a range of ongoing professional support, coaching and development opportunities including Spectrum’s own ILM accredited leadership and management programme.
