Salary:

£43,000 - £48,000 + NHS Pension + Indemnity Paid + 5 weeks annual leave

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner; flexibility with hours
• Telephone triage clinics and face-to-face appointments
• Work as part of a team and autonomously
• Progress clinically to provide an excellent service to the community
