Salaried GP Role, Croydon
Please read on to learn more about a superb surgery near Croydon looking to bring in a part time Salaried GP doing 4 to 5 sessions a week.
The incoming GP will benefit from surgery systems that have been developed to allow the GP's to focus on high value clinical practice, delegating where possible as much of the administrative burden to their admin team. This is evidenced by the recent recruitment of an in-house pharmacist and an increase in the number of senior administrators working at the practice. There is a lot of scope for development at the surgery with GP's who wish to develop specialist interests in areas such as dermatology, aesthetic dermatology or Ear Nose and throat being offered full training through the practices associated services. These associates services now provide intermediate care to over 4 million patients in the South East of England and one of those services was awarded an HSJ award for Improving Care with Technology. The practice has also been heavily involved with local GP Collaborative in the delivery of services like Extended Access. This affiliation with these additional services has allowed other members of the doctor team to develop portfolio careers. There is a well managed workload on offer and a friendly and supportive existing team resulting in a pleasant working environment.
